To Register:

1. Go to the “Courses” section
2. Select your preferred course
3. Search for an available Date and Time
4. Click “Register”
5. Fill out your personal details
6. Click “Send Message”

• If cancellation is made after the 14-day grace period, a cancellation fee of $30 will apply.
• If cancellation is made within 7 days of the scheduled course, the cancellation fee increases to 40% of the total booking cost.
• For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled course, the cancellation fee increases to 50% of the total booking cost.

• In addition to cancellation fees, an administration fee of $25 will be applied to all cancellations.
• The administration fee covers the costs associated with processing cancellations and refunds.

• Failure to cancel a booking within the specified cancellation period and not showing up for the scheduled course will result in the full booking cost being charged, including any applicable cancellation fees and administration fees.

• Requests: We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs. You may request to reschedule your course without incurring any additional fees, subject to availability.
• Timing: Rescheduling requests must be made before the 14-day. grace period
• Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will do our best to find a suitable alternative date and time for your course.
• Frequency: Customers are allowed to reschedule  their  course up to 2 times within a 3-month period without any penalty.
• Exceeding Rescheduling Limit: If you exceed the allowed number of rescheduling attempts within the specific timeframe, a rescheduling fee of $50 will apply for each subsequent change.

• In cases of extenuating circumstances such as documented medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, we may waive or reduce cancellation fees at our discretion.
• Followng the guidlines set by Heart and Stroke, each class has a minimum participant requirement. If the class does not meet this minimum, your course will be rescheduled, and you will not incur any penalties or charges.

We primarily operate as a mobile company, occasionally utilizing the Maskwacis Ambulance Authority’s Training Centre.
